Joep de Bruijn - CEO
Joep has been with Oncourse Management since the company was started in April 2015. He has over 25 year of real-estate experience in the United States, Mexico, and the Bahamas in single & multifamily residential rentals, commercial rentals, resort business, restaurant operations, and real estate development.
Roger Everett - Regional Manager
Roger has grown within the multi-family industry since 2016. He provides a highly energetic mentality with a unique management style that provides a fun and community feel between staff members and renters.
Kathy Mercer – Administrative Manager
Kathy started in her position at the company in February 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in the multi-housing market including market rate properties, HUD properties, Section 8, and tax credit properties
